Lizzie Colson Triad Training

Lizzie is a two time National Champion, four time All- American, All- B1G, and a two year captain for University of Maryland Women's Lacrosse team. She was the unanimous Big Ten Defender of the Year. Her most recent honors include being a finalist for both the 2021 Tewaaraton Award and the Honda Award, which honors women athletes in the NCAA who represent the best of the best in college athletics. Lizzie has a long list of accolades in lacrosse, including joining the USA Women's Lacrosse team and competing in the 2022 World Cup.

A torn ACL doesn't seem to be stopping her.

In the summer of 2021, Lizzie joined Mad Dogs Lacrosse as the Orange County Director. And just recently, Lizzie launched her line of lacrosse apparel and accessories - Lizzie Colson Lacrosse (LCL). She actively partners with STX, Morgan's Message, Give & Go Foundation, and Our Exercise Brand Jewelry.
